i appreciated the spacious rooms. our outdoor jacuzzi suite had two separate sinks. the grounds were well maintained. i enjoyed seeing the hedges that had been cut into the shape of elephants.
the all inclusive package is not fully all inclusive. i had to look for the red stars on the menus. most of the wait staff were not attentive. getting their attention for another drink was difficult. the drains in the room smelled bad.

my stay included water taxi services to the mainland it was very convenient. the staff provided helpful assistance which i appreciated. i found the gym well-equipped with multiple machines. the pools offered refreshing relief with plenty of space for everyone.
the wifi signal in certain areas proved somewhat unreliable.

the fitness area features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guests. the main pool included a dedicated children's section ensuring a safe environment. complimentary water taxis run frequently to the mainland, it offers convenient access.

The hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service to rooms. This also includes other locations around the resort. The 12-hour boat service to the mainland is reliable. The staff restocked the mini bar daily. The housekeeping service cleaned the room to an excellent standard.
The wait staff could be more attentive. Getting a drink sometimes required going to the bar.

excellent villas and services
modern hotelbeachfront villahigh standard
the hotel sits secluded on a nice beach, a modern hotel with many amenities for adults and children. water equipment such as kayaks are free to use and table tennis is also available. i booked a beachfront villa, it felt special. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
this does not interrupt my stay personally, some grounds are messy. materials are left around, ruining a beautiful landscape.

the food was delicious and presented well. pizza was the best i have had, a seafood soup was amazing. the hotel included a red dot system for identifying all inclusive options.
